سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

حرصًا على رضا عملائنا، نوفر لك حق معاينة المنتج قبل الاستلام في وجود مندوب الشحن للتأكد من سلامة المنتج ومطابقته لطلبك.

• يجب معاينة المنتج قبل الاستلام فقط وفي وجود مندوب الشحن.
•  بعد استلام الطلب، لا يُقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
• في حالة وجود عيب واضح في المنتج، يجب التواصل مع الصفحة والابلاغ عن المشكلة، وبعد التحقق منها يتم الاستبدال.
• في حالة الرغبة في الاستبدال بعد استلام الطلب رغم إتمام المعاينة، يمكن إجراء الاستبدال من خلال الفرع.
• يشترط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم أو متضرر حتى يتم قبول الاستبدال.
• لا يمكن استبدال أو استرجاع المنتجات التي تم استخدامها أو فتحها بطريقة تؤثر على حالتها.

ملاحظة مهمة

المعاينة قبل الاستلام هي حق متاح للعميل، ولذلك ننصح بالتأكد من المنتج جيدًا قبل دفع واستلام الطلب.

Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer the option to inspect your order before accepting it in the presence of the courier.

• Customers may inspect the product before accepting the order only and in the presence of the courier.
• After accepting the order, returns or exchanges are not accepted due to change of mind or personal preference.
• In case of a clear product defect, please contact Kayany Perfume and report the issue. After verification, the product will be exchanged.
• If an exchange is requested after receiving the order despite completing the inspection, the exchange can be made through our branch.
• The product must remain in its original condition and unused to qualify for an exchange.
• Used or damaged products cannot be returned or exchanged.
